Team Levels Overview
Armour Program
Elite, College-Track Teams
For athletes committed to volleyball as a top priority—these teams train hard and travel far.

Practices: Up to 3×/week during the season (seasonal breaks for high school boys)

Tournaments: 5–6 local + 5–6 travel events†

Strength & Conditioning: 2×/week (12U+)

Play Time: Highly competitive; rotations based on team success

Extras: SportsRecruit account (1st year U14+), required attendance at nationals & travel qualifiers
Elite Program
Competitive with College Potential
A step down in intensity from Armour but still rigorous for athletes aiming high.

Practices: 2×/week + occasional clinics/scrimmages

Tournaments: 2–3 travel + 6–7 local events

Play Time: Competitive, with more rotation opportunities

Skill-Building & Fun-Focused
Ideal for athletes ready to grow within the club system and explore volleyball beyond recreational play.
