Amy Summerville

Amy has a deep passion for the game and for helping athletes find their path beyond the club level. She competed for 4 years of collegiate volleyball at Troy University before transitioning into coaching, where she now holds 5 years of experience, including 2 years specializing in recruiting. Entering her 6th season with WPVC, Amy serves as the club’s Recruiting Director, guiding athletes and families through the process of finding the right collegiate fit.

Her philosophy is centered on the belief that volleyball is the greatest sport and a true privilege to play. She emphasizes that an athlete’s value is never defined by performance—creating an environment where players feel free to take risks, learn, and grow both as athletes and as individuals.
