Carly Smitherman

Carly is coaching 10 Elite Black in her second season with WPVC. She played volleyball throughout college and has spent the past 13 years coaching across the country, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to the court. Carly’s philosophy is to nurture a love of the game through growth, confidence, and enjoyment. She emphasizes strong fundamentals while fostering a safe and fun environment where athletes can learn, develop, and thrive.
