Dylan brings 8 years of playing experience and 4 years of coaching to WPVC. His philosophy centers on continuous improvement, believing that “the goal is not to be perfect by the end, but to be better today.” Dylan is dedicated to helping athletes develop their skills, build confidence, and grow as teammates, emphasizing progress, effort, and a love for the game.
