Erin Kasper

Erin is entering her 4th season coaching and her first with WPVC. She brings 12 years of playing experience, including collegiate competition at Nova Southeastern University. Her coaching philosophy centers on building a strong foundation for young volleyball players by focusing not only on technical skill development but also on character, teamwork, and personal growth. Erin believes that teaching fundamentals, encouraging a growth mindset, fostering accountability, and promoting a positive attitude helps athletes become well-rounded teammates and individuals. She strives to create a supportive yet challenging environment where players learn to love the game, embrace mistakes as part of the process, and grow into confident, respectful, and resilient competitors both on and off the court.
