Gerlens brings 9 years of playing experience and 2 seasons of coaching with WPVC. His philosophy focuses on developing disciplined, hardworking, and respectful athletes. Gerlens encourages his players to approach the game with impact and intention, believing that “we don’t just play the game, we change it.” He is dedicated to helping athletes grow both on and off the court while fostering a mindset of excellence and leadership.
