Justin Rodriguez

Justin brings over a decade of coaching experience and a strong background as both a player and a leader on the court. With 4 years of playing experience and 10 years of coaching—including 6 with WPVC—Justin has built a reputation for developing teams that thrive on discipline, accountability, and unity. He believes that “teamness” will always take a group further than individual talent, and his coaching philosophy reflects that standard.

Justin has guided his athletes to impressive accomplishments, including helping his 17s become AAU National Champions in the 17 Open division. Over the past few seasons, he has coached two teams that now rank in the top 10 club programs in the nation. His leadership has also been instrumental in his teams’ national-level success, with his 16s double qualifying and 17s triple qualifying in the Open division. Justin’s commitment to excellence ensures that his players not only compete at the highest levels but also grow as teammates and individuals.
