Karla Schaefer

Karla is entering her 5th season with WPVC. Originally from Miami, FL, she grew up around the game, inspired by her grandmother who played professionally and introduced by her father at a young age. A setter throughout middle and high school, Karla helped her team win three district championships and reach a historic regional final. After graduating from UCF in 2021, she stayed connected to the sport and began coaching during her final semester. Now, she finds joy in guiding athletes through their own journeys of growth and success.
