Madi Jongsma

Madi has played volleyball for 11 years and coached for 3, bringing both experience and passion to the court. She competed at the NCAA Division II level as a middle blocker, earning Scholar-Athlete honors as a junior and the Coaches Award as a senior. During her college career, her team won the CACC Conference once and reached the Final Four all four years.

As a coach, Madi’s #1 goal is to inspire others to love the sport as much as she does while helping athletes grow both in skill and in self-confidence. She believes every athlete has the potential to improve if they are willing to put in the effort, stay coachable, and commit to growth.
