Melanie Menendez

Melanie has played volleyball for 12 years and coached for 6, and she is beginning her first season with WPVC. For her, volleyball has always been more than a sport—it has been a lifelong outlet and a source of personal growth. She coaches with passion, honesty, and purpose, striving to create an environment that is both challenging and supportive, built on mutual respect.

Her coaching style is direct and transparent: she believes in giving athletes the truth they need to hear, not just what they want to hear, always with care and the goal of helping them improve. Firm but fair, Melanie holds her players to high standards while standing by them every step of the way.
