Omar Soto

Omar has been coaching for 11 years, including the past 5 seasons with WPVC. He believes that sports mirror life’s ups and downs, and that the best way to learn is through playing. His coaching style focuses on developing athletes who are not only skilled, resilient, and competitive on the court, but also strong men and women of character off the court—individuals who can navigate challenges and positively influence others through their athletic platforms.

Omar’s coaching career includes two district championships at the high school level, a first-place finish with WPVC Boys 14s, and a silver bracket championship with WPVC Boys 15s.
