Santiago Izaguirre

Santiago is coaching Boys 18 Armour Silver and Girls 16 Elite Orange this season. He played NCAA Division I volleyball at Emmanuel University and has 7 years of playing experience. Now in his second year of coaching—both with WPVC—Santiago brings his competitive background and passion for the sport to his teams. His philosophy is that hard work beats talent when talent fails to work hard, and he challenges his athletes to embrace that mindset every day in the gym.
