Sarah Ratzlaff

With over 20 years of experience as both an athlete and coach, Sarah brings a lifelong passion for volleyball and a talent for building strong, confident teams. Now entering her fourth year of coaching, she focuses on helping young players develop their skills and self-belief within a positive, supportive environment.

Sarah is also a dedicated volleyball parent who understands the important role families play in an athlete’s journey. She joined WPVC in 2023 as coach of the 12 Elite Black team and currently serves as Assistant Coach for 14 Armour Orange and Co-Coach for the 12U Boys team.
