With 20 years of volleyball experience and 4 years of coaching—all with WPVC—Xanial brings both knowledge and passion to the court. His coaching philosophy is built on respect and accountability, emphasizing that every athlete has an important role on the team. He believes that only when everyone works together can a group become a complete team.
